Community Intergrated Habilitation

The CIH Waiver serves individuals with
an intellectual/developmental disability or autism who have substantial functional limitations, as
defined in 42 CFR 435.1010.

Structured Family Caregiving

Structured Family Caregiving means a caregiving arrangement in which a participant lives with a
principal caregiver who provides daily care and support to the participant based on the
participant’s daily care needs.
